The design is characterized by high stability, high cutting performance and high precision. The system is very flexible, secure and easy to use. The 4-axis control system works as follows: X-axis (pipe feed), Y-axis (pipe rotates), Z-axis (torch OPEN), A-axis (torch moves horizontally)
Our pipe- and square-CNC-pipe cutting machine processes square 120 x 120 mm as well as round pipes (from Ø30 mm to Ø150 mm) and is equipped with self patented square pipe chuck.
Fully machined rail and rack positioning, Machine mechanism precision smaller than 0.02mm to promise cutting precision.
