Features
Purpose of Chain Rotators is rotating and positioning work pieces with planar section
– The total handling and rotation tonnage of both unit is the capacity of upon loading workpiece the model.
– Both unit can be controlled seperately.
Over an endless chain, Providing rotation movement to workpiece, together with suitable positioning ,required welding edge and assembly plane could be generated.
– It is possible to adjust the height of the piece placed on the machine. this provides more convenience to the operator during welding.
– Operators can easily rotate the workpiece placed on the chain clockwise (CW) or counterclockwise(CCW), accurately aligned. They can also be moved up-down to provide the intended height. They can also be moved up-down to provide the intended height.
– Chain Rotators set includes of 2 pcs. driven units. Number of units can be augmented according to the application and weight terms.
– Both of the units which constitute the chain rotator set are driven and these two unit can be operated in synchronization or seperately. Thus, angular height setting of the work piece is enabled.
– Javac Deutschland 5 and 10 ton chain rotators in its standard, However, between these tonnages pecial custom production can be manufactured.
